The Fall River Arts Festival - We HeART!, is a free, annual celebration of arts and culture that brings our community together. Held in partnership with Viva Fall River, the Narrows Center for the Arts, and the Fall River Farmers and Artisans Market, the festival features live entertainment, arts & crafts, food vendors, and community resources, including free grocery distribution by Citizens for Citizens. As part of ArtWeek SouthCoast, this vibrant event highlights the creative spirit of Fall River.
